Fine Famille Rose Perfumer, Daoguang Mark & Period



Up for auction is a rare Chinese Imperial porcelain perfumer from the late Qing Dynasty of Daoguang Period. The hollow potted oval cylinder is decorated on one side with a peach branch with flower, peaches and two hovering bats. The other side is inscribed with a long poem in black and three red seals. A four-character Daoguang mark in seal script is inscribed on one end of the perfumer. The other end has three spur marks which functioned as kiln support. This beautiful perfumer is in excellent condition.
